He has a stall in the marketplace south of Town Hall, and west of Wallace's Wares. Hours of operation are 05:30 until 17:30 without a lunch break.

This merchant has quite bit of dialogue that can be explored, especially as it relates to the current situation in Trademeet, and the animal troubles, as well as the genie conundrum.

The shop's exclusive stock includes Blackblood, Dwarven Thrower, Ras, The Dancing Blade and Tansheron's Bow, and he is quite naive in terms of retail stock loss prevention, and very susceptible to being shoplifted.
