Maneira, along with Telka and Zeela, is one of Lamalha's group of assassins in the Valley of the Tombs area located east of the Nashkel carnival. They have been sent by the Iron Throne to kill Gorion's Ward.
Maneira prefers to attack at range with her Darts of Wounding, but also carries a Short Sword which she will use if engaged in melee. She wears the Protector of the Second, which is Leather Armor +2.
