Lothander's Potion of Antidote is a quest item in the the Marek and Lothander quest in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. Lothander tasks Gorion's Ward with procuring a Geas Removal Scroll; he will be in the Blade and Stars and exchange his potion for the scroll. Gorion's Ward still needs to find Marek in the Blushing Mermaid for Marek's Potion of Antidote to cure the poison.
In the original Baldur's Gate, Lothander would give the player a potion of antidote instead.
