You might first notice Lord Jierdan actively calling for assistance from where he stands (725.1390) in the Copper Coronet.
White "Floating Text" appears above his head and if you have the "Duplicate Floating Text" game option enabled, a blue status message also appears in your status bar:
"I have an offer for you if you wish to hear it."
If and when you are ready, perhaps you should see just what it is that he is offering?
