Lesser Restoration is a 4th level priest spell only usable by cleric and Paladin classes. It cures Level drain, but as a drawback, the caster may become fatigued immediately after casting this spell.
Description[]
“ | When this spell is cast, the life energy level of the recipient is raised. This reverses any previous life energy level drain of the creature by a force or monster. The casting of this spell is very draining on the priest and he will likely require rest immediately after the casting, as it will cause days' worth of fatigue almost instantaneously. | ” |
Gameplay[]
The caster applies this spell to a single creature or self.
When the spell casting is finished a 3D effect and a color fade graphic renders over the target.
The spell implements a cure for the Level drain effect, restoring all drained experience levels from the spell recipient.
At the same time, the caster's Fatigue statistic modifier value increases by 7 units.
Once a creature has 7 or greater fatigue value, the character should show an icon on their portrait indicating the fatigued status.
The scroll version of Lesser Restoration allows a range of 40 feet, instead of a touch range.
Unlike other spell scrolls, the Lesser Restoration version may be cast by any character, as long as their Intelligence is 9 or above.
