Laola Axehand is a lawful neutral female human and a member of the Flaming Fist in Baldur's Gate. Scar is her superior within the organization. She will only appear once, very briefly, during the quest The Seven Suns.

If the party sees any doppelgangers inside the Seven Suns building before reporting their initial findings to Scar, she will approach the group and admonish them for their actions, directing them to speak to Scar as soon as possible.
Note: She will not appear if you kill any of the doppelgangers before beginning the quest.
