- Within a hidden cache during an overworld encounter in the vicinity of Troll Claw Woods. In order to reveal the cache, the party must assist a Young Green Dragon in its battle against two Hill Giants. Afterward, the dragon will tell the party where the cache is.
- Obtained if you kill the Lich Gurn Coldhearth in Chapter 8.
