KUOSPER.ITM is a magical (but unenchanted) two-handed Spear utilized by many of the Kuo-toa. The weapon is "undroppable". It functions in similar fashion as a normal spear, with a few exceptions:
- A successful hit on a creature will apply a Grease overlay and effect without a save versus Spell. This bypasses magic resistance and spell level protections.
- Additionally, a failed save will also apply a Slow effect.
- Both effects have a duration of 15 seconds.
If a Kuo-Toa creature is defeated, then it drops a normal Spear in lieu of the special one.
