Jondal, along with his mate Kryla, are Wolfweres who try to lure Gorion's Ward and party into a trap, hoping to kill them and feast upon their flesh.
The party first meets Kryla near Dradeel's Cabin. She claims Jondal has been killed by some wolf-men and asks if the party would please avenge his death. She then leads the party to Jondal, who is lurking in a nearby grove of trees. She announces the arrival of the party to Jondal before she sheds her human skin and they both attack.
