Ixil's Spike (dagger) is available if the Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal or Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition is installed. Basically, as soon as the party has access to the Watcher's Keep area and enters the appropriate dungeon level.
The dagger is usable on its own, and also a component of one of the most powerful spears in the game, Ixil's Spike (spear), which Cespenar can create by combining this dagger and Ixil's Nail at the cost of 5,000

Gameplay[]
This dagger is a magical weapon with a +2 enchantment level.
Any hit with the dagger will inflict 1d4+2 Piercing damage, and that can be modified by the user's Strength attribute if applicable - the dagger also provides a 2-point THAC0 bonus, and strength can improve the to-hit chances as well.
The weapon's Speed Factor is 0, with a reach range of 0-feet.
Aquisition[]
It is recoverable from defeating the Chromatic Demon who is found on the Watcher's Keep Elemental Level.
