Defeat the Guardian of Ice to obtain this scepter from the creature's corpse.
The Ice scepter acts as a key that can unlock three gates on this dungeon level. These are:
- The gate separating the Ice laboratory and the Ice library
- The gate separating the Ice library and the Fire laboratory
- The gate separating the Fire library and the Fire laboratory
The item is flagged as "Critical" and can't be sold.
It is one of four "keys" needed to free the captive Chromatic Demon from the magical cage.
