Horn is an item that appears in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and the Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition. Two of them are required to upgrade the Helm of the Rock.

Like the helm, they can be found on the second floor of Watcher's Keep.
- One is dropped by the Ice Golem (Guardian of Ice) in the Ice Elementalist laboratory.
