Two of these animal horns are required to upgrade the Helm of the Rock. They appear in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and the Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.

- One is dropped by the Ice Golem (Ice Guardian) in the Ice Elementalist laboratory.
