Hervo is the house servant of Valygar Corthala in Valygar's Home at the Athkatla Docks.
The party will see Hervo inside when they enter, but they must initiate dialogue.
Hervo will answer questions about Valygar's whereabouts, although they are just general answers, and recent interactions/opinions regarding the Cowled Wizards and the confrontation he had with the visiting wizards.
Depending on his dialogue with the party, Hervo will supply this info, and then leave the home. The tone taken with him determines how forthcoming he is.
Note that party reputation can play a factor in available dialogue options with Hervo. Should the party be walking around with a lowish reputation score, certain options are shuttered.
Likewise, a few dialogue choices will present themselves or not depending on a Reaction check value by the party member who is actually speaking with Hervo.
Some dialogue results in Hervo leaving the home permanently, and others won't make him leave.
Also, if Hervo learns that Valygar is dead, that changes available dialogue as well.
If the party visits Hervo with Valygar as a companion, there is more dialogue for that event too.
If at any time the party should be belligerent with Hervo, he may call for the guards. If so, the party will face an Amnian Centurion, four Amnian Legionaries and two Cowled Enforcers. [1]
