Half-ogres are the large, brutish, misbegotten offspring of humans and ogres. Like their latter parent, they have green skin. They can often be found in the presence of ogres.

- Fisherman's Lake - four are encountered in this area and they are part of the Half-ogres Near Beregost quest
- Lonely Peaks - three will appear after dialogue with Arghain is finished and they are a potential rest encounter too
- Shipwreck's Coast - two are found among the group of Ogre Berserkers and Ogrillons that are located to the northeast of The Surgeon
