The Guard Captain is a Drow Fighter who worked for Sendai. He was ordered to release Slaves in the North Tunnels, and Sendai's Pets in the South Tunnel, with the expectation either would stop the Party's progress.

After the death of Odamaron the Lich, the Guard Captain informs Sendai of the bad news, and also that the Party is led by Gorion's Ward. After this news, Sendai removes the soul of her Guard Captain, killing him outright.
