Gnoll Captain enemies will be spawned from various openings into the Challenge 1: Retribution room during chapter eight - up to six of them may be encountered if the Ward is of Good or non-evil Neutral alignment.
The Gnoll Captains are one of the mid "waves" of attackers in this challenge.
