Each successful hit upon a living creature has the following effects, none of which offer a saving throw, but all of which can be dispelled, do not bypass resistance, and have a duration of 100 seconds:
- Disease - 6 HP / 3 second (12 HP/Round)
- Constitution drain - 1 point
- Charisma drain - 1 point
In addition, a dwarf, gnome, half-elf, halfling or human target must save vs death to avoid being Paralyzed for 30 seconds.
