Ghaunadaur Priest leader is a drow priestess and is amongst a group of Ghaunadaur cultists with their various monsters and slimes. They have gathered on a large circular platform in Ust Natha. The cultists will be hostile and attempt to slay any who intrude within range of their group. The leader is accompanied by another two drow - a cleric and mage.

The Priestess will begin combat with a contingency of helpful buffs. It will then attempt further spell casts if able - to harm or disable opponents, or to assist and heal allies. If engaged in melee combat, will defend itself with equipped flail, and try a Righteous Magic to better perform in close quarters combat.

Installation of the Sword Coast Stratagems Mod makes some changes to this priestess. The default AI is changed to a "Smarter Priest" SCS version, which will allow for evaluating threats and looking for vulnerabilities in opponents, which in turn influences spell casting choice and attack/defense options. An entire new repertoire of available priest spells are included.

SCS will trigger an opening preparatory self-buff including Blade Barrier, Armor of Faith, Free Action (spell) and Chaotic Commands. It will also recognize if a party member is invisible, under stealth or sanctuary, and then attempt a divination spell. All other actions are wide open depending on threat assessments by the Priestess, including healing self, healing allies, casting offensive spells, disabling spells, or summoning creatures to help. If attacked in melee combat, the priestess will attempt flail strikes and or touch range attacks like Cause Critical Wounds or Harm. Allies that are under certain status effects like Panic or Paralyze will be noticed, and she may try to remove it.

The Priest is assigned one pip in flail weapon proficiency and one in single weapon fighting style. A random SCS treasure is included in the inventory.
