The Gauntlets of Aln Zekk are gauntlets given as a reward for the Room of Bright Moon trial in the quest Rasaad's Journey. These gauntlets provide a +3 damage bonus and have a 15% chance of inflicting an additional 1d10 cold damage with each successful melee attack. Monks have the most opportunity to take advantage of both benefits; other classes are less versatile in hand-to-hand combat, but can still take advantage of the chance for additional cold damage in melee combat.

His view regarding suffering and how it brought the faithful closer to their god was not shared by the other monks of his order. Eventually, they rose up to cast him down.
