Galvarey is a Harper and current self-proclaimed leader of the local Harper organization based out of the Galvarey Estate which is located in the Docks District. He is only encountered during a companion quest when Jaheira is summoned to the Harper Hold.

Gameplay[]
When Gorion's Ward and Jaheira first encounter Galvarey, he is waiting, along with four of his cohorts, Bessen, Iko, Kail and Nadinal, just inside of the front door of the estate.
He will resort to quaffing the potions in his inventory during battle and he'll consume the Oil of Speed and Potions of Healing, if able, when damage reaches a specific threshold.

Installation of the Sword Coast Stratagems Mod makes some minor changes to select creature scripts, and abilities. An SCS tactical fighter script is supplied for more intelligent attack and defense behavior, as well as potion use. Galvarey now has 5-pips in Longbow weapon proficiency (and thus has improved to hit and damage, as well as APR). Two-handed sword proficiency remains the same as the unmodified version.
