The Full Wineskin is the full version of the Empty Wineskin and is required in the Morning Report (quest). The Empty Wineskin can be filled by interacting with the barrels adjacent to Nan and Pedro in Dragonspear Castle Exterior.
Once you have the Full Wineskin and the Morning Report from Deneld, speak with Commander Dreon who will take both items.
Upon delivery of both items, return to Nan and Pedro to complete the quest.
