To the left of the foyer, through a set of double doors, is a large formal living room furnished with a pair of couches and large overstuffed chairs situated around a circular coffee table in front of a fireplace. A wide, "T-shaped" staircase, located against the back wall, leads to the second floor and a guard is standing at the foot of the stairs.

A dining table and six chairs are located between the couch and the front wall of the house. A second servant is standing between the head of the table and a lootable credenza. A third set of double doors leads to the final room which also features a wide, "T-shaped" staircase located against the back wall that creates two separate, small, private meeting areas within the room. Both of these areas are furnished with a couch and two overstuffed chairs. A second guard is found standing at the foot of the stairs in this room too.
People[]
Depending upon their reaction, talking to either of the two servants will result in being unchallenged or having them call for the guards standing near each set of stairs.
As for the guards, depending upon their reaction, they will either let you pass unchallenged or declare you as thieves and attack. If your charisma is high enough, giving the excuse of being from Waterdeep and needing to talk to Entar Silvershield will get them to let you pass while the other three dialogue choices all lead to fighting. Killing these two guards doesn't result in a loss of reputation or further consequences. The guards can also be avoided with invisibility.
