The Enchanted Seed is provided by druids Jamven and Chorster in the quest The Good Druids. They ask that you kill Ferrusk and plant this seed in its roots at the Underground River in the southeast part of the map.
If you renege on the quest and return to talk with Jamven and Chorster, this item will become the Cursed Enchanted Seed.
