Emissary Tar can be found wandering around on the third floor of the Iron Throne Headquarters looking for the stairs. She carries the distinguished title of Chief Negotiator for the Grand Dukes and has been sent by the Dukes to negotiate a new iron treaty with Thaldorn.

- This Emissary Tar is not to be confused with the false doppelganger Emissary Tar the party can encounter on the fifth floor of the Iron Throne Headquarters, who is evil and can be killed for no loss of reputation. The real Tar's body can be found lying on the floor in one of the rooms on the same floor.
