The Elven Priest Stone can be found at the top of The Priest's House, during Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.

Gameplay[]
The item is flagged as "critical" and can't be sold. Its only purpose is to provide information/clues to assist with opening the puzzle box. The stone is removed from the game after the puzzle is solved.
The stone is inside the priest's desk and gives the solution to open the Elven Puzzle Box. The puzzle box is located on the lower floor of this structure.
