Eler Had is a human thief, with a berserker kit. He supports Gromnir Il-Khan as an ally, turning up at the outset of battle in Gromnir's Hideout.

Gameplay[]
The thief uses potions of invisibility to achieve Backstab opportunities. This can be attempted at least three times. The AI script prioritizes Mage class as targets before other classes.
At a predetermined threshold the rogue will quaff healing potions to self-heal damage incurred.
The backstabber moves quickly with the rare leather Grandmaster's Armor worn.
If Eler senses a party member under a State of invisibility or Improved invisibility he will enable his Find Traps / Detect Illusion thief ability, which is a 100 value. This will remove opponent's illusionary effects within a 15 feet radius of him, such as Mislead, Potion of Invisibility, Mirror Image etc.

With the Sword Coast Stratagems mod some revisions are made to this rogue, mostly to enhance its AI adaptative behavior and abilities.
The bhaalspawn is now a level 19 half-elf thief. The rogue receives some new weaponry and equipment. The thief also gets a boosted dexterity to 19 and intelligence to 14. Eler also has its strength changed to 17, and hit points are adjusted to 145. This rogue also has 100% Magical damage resistance, 50% fire and cold resistance, 20% magic resistance, and 20% physical damage resistance. In addition to the 200% movement rate provided by the Grandmaster's Armor, is given an extra +3 movement modifier on top of that, for a final movement rate of 24.
Two points in Dagger proficiency is provided, and base APR is 1.5, with a final APR of 5/2. The thief also uses a Buckler +3 in the shield hand and has 2-points in sword and shield fighting style. A mod-only special undroppable dagger is furnished to the thief. Eler will also flick Poisoned Throwing Dagger attacks for ranged combat.
The melee weapon is a unique dagger (1d6+4 piercing damage) that is non-magical but is coated in a nasty alchemical compound that upon a hit requires a save vs death or be poisoned for 10 seconds and inflicting 2 damage per second. A strike also causes a no save slow effect lasting only a few seconds and removes haste effects.
Eler has an innate Invisibility power that can be cast in 2 seconds on self and can be done several times. This may help to facilitate repeated backstabs, but Eler also quaffs potions to turn invisible as well.
Several Potion of Superior Healing are carried to heal wounds, as well as the Potions of Invisibility.
