The Efreeti Bottle can be used once per rest to summon an Efreeti djnni, which can be controlled by the holder of the bottle for 1 turn or until slain.
It takes one rest period before the item can be used again. The efreeti has almost the same statistics as one summoned by the wizard spell Summon Efreeti. For notes on differences, see the page for Efreeti.

The only Efreeti Bottle in the game is found during the Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn campaign, and it is either dropped or stolen from Taquee in Trademeet outside of the Dao Djinni Tent.
