The shield can be crafted by Jegg Hillcarver in Bridgefort from the Dragon Scales of Morentherene.
This item is mutually exclusive with Dragonscale Armor.

The Young Green Dragon is not amused if a party member is using this shield or the Dragonscale Armor equipped when meeting him during a random travel encounter.
