Acquisition

The armor can be crafted by Jegg Hillcarver in Bridgefort from the Dragon Scales of Morentherene. It is mutually exclusive with gaining the Dragonscale Shield.

Gameplay

This armor offers non-magical protection from poison, both from the status effect and the direct poison damage.

Because it is non-magical, it may be used with items that magically boost armor class, such as a Cloak of Protection +1 or a Ring of Protection +2.

As it is not made from metal, it can be worn by Druids.

Notable reaction

The Young Green Dragon is not amused if a party member is using this armor or the Dragonscale Shield equipped when meeting him during a random travel encounter.
