Dog Stew is fed to the Umber Hulks in the cellar of the de'Arnise Keep by the stable boy Daleson. It is created using the cauldron on the wood range in the kitchen after first killing the four dogs in the courtyard and then gathering the dog meat from each corpse. Cook the meat in the cauldron and voilà....dog stew.
