Derg the Orc is a male orc who is found in Firkraag's Maze in the Windspear Hills area.
He's located in the room at the opposite end of the hallway from the kitchen where the Troll Cook is found. Flaylan the Orc is also in the room. Derg's dialogue is brief and doesn't lead to anything substantial.

"Pleeze, mercy on us! Me sorry. Don't kill. Me just following orders. Didn't want to eat children or kick old people. Just job!"
- 1- Foul orc! You will suffer the same fate as all your kind!
- "Gah! No fun! Help meeeees!" (enemy)
- 2- Flee from here, foul creature, and never harm another!
- "Tank yous, tank yous. I promising, no more killings here. Not as job, anyway. Maybe hobby. That okay, I think." (flee)
- 3- Cowardly creature, have some dignity in death even if you had none in life.
- "Dig...? You torment wit funny words and projecting voice. You gonna kill, just says so. I scream now. Gaaaahh!" (enemy)
