The Demon's Chamber is located in the basement of Shandalar's Home which can be found in the town of Ulgoth's Beard. It is here that Tracea Carol will break the Soultaker Dagger and release the demon Aec'Letec. Defeating the monster, then talking to Hurgan Stoneblade, will bring the Recovering "Soultaker" quest to a close.
