Deirex's Tower is a two-story tower located in Ust Natha and is the home of Deirex the Lich.
Gameplay[]
The only way to enter the tower is to participate in the events presented by the Intrigue with Jarlaxle questline.

Within this area are a several containers that can be examined. Some of them are locked, and some are trapped.
The containers hold the following items and treasure.
- Deirex's Gems
- Armor of the Viper +5
- Scrolls
Deirex's Cave[]
Deirex's Cave is the second floor of the tower and not accessible via the first floor.
Gameplay[]
The only way to enter this area is to possess the Lich's Tooth item, which acts as a key to lower the magical wards and allow transitioning through the doorway - which is found on the upper floor of the tower.
This area is some sort of otherworldly cave space. Perhaps this lich formed it as such for some unknown purpose.
It certainly bears no resemblance to typical drow architecture.
There is nothing of note in the area except for a still pool of water.
Successful looting of the pool, the only container on the map, reveals the following treasure:
- Crossbow of Affliction +4
- Spear +3
- Two-handed Sword +2
- Short Sword +2
- Wand of Frost
- Wand of Magic Missiles
- Cacofiend
- Ruby Ray of Reversal
- Ring of Clumsiness
- Various gemstones
