Dalton is the son of Therella. He joined up with a crew of adventurers from Waterdeep and together they went exploring Durlag's Tower. They haven't returned and Therella's afraid that they've been "destroyed by the mad dwarf's machinations".
“ | Dalton was always obsessed with the idea of being a hero. Alas, he has neither the brains nor the ability. | ” |

Notes[]
- Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast (1999)
This icon indicates content from the original Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast campaign. The original Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast marks Dalton as an innocent which would result in a possible loss of reputation if the party harmed or killed him. The Enhanced Edition makes him a fighter instead.

- Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast (1999)
This icon indicates content from the original Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast campaign. Interestingly, in the original Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast Dalton is a neutral evil lycanthrope – which is fixed in the Enhanced Edition, where he now is a chaotic good human.
