Cursed Scroll of Ugliness is one of the cursed scrolls in Baldur's Gate. It looks like a Protection From Electricity protection scroll and is simply named "Protection Scroll" before it is identified. When used, it sets the Charisma of the caster to 3 and lowers Intelligence to 70% of its current value.
Even though the item file exists in the 2nd series of the game, it is not obtainable.
