Crommus's Capelet is obtained as a reward for reuniting the spirit of Crommus with that of his lost love Carline during the Ancient Menhirs quest in the Coast Way Crossing section of Siege of Dragonspear. Differently from most other cloaks that one may come across along the Sword Coast, this one was (possibly) hand-embroidered.

Location

Obtainable only upon completion of the Ancient Menhirs quest, when the spirit of Crommus will reveal its hidden location within the Dwarven Dig Site.

This homespun capelet appears to have been hand-embroidered. The delicate scrollwork around its edges shows how much time and care went into the garment's creation. Crommus, the cloak's original owner, was a ghost for many years, and some of his incorporeal essence seems to have seeped into the fabric of the capelet.
