Corthala Family Armor is a set of enchanted chain mail +3 that was passed down through generations to Valygar Corthala. It is a discreet armor fit to a stalker, offering protections from elements and charms.

Gameplay[]
- In Enhanced Edition, this armor can only be equipped by Valygar Corthala. In the original edition, other characters can equip it if they meet the stat requirements and either know Use Any Item, or are human or half-orc and any kind of ranger, fighter (kensai excepted), dual-classed or multi-classed cleric.
- The Corthala Family Armor has the properties of leather armor as far as thief-like skills are concerned: It does not disable the Stealth and Thieving buttons and doesn't give any penalty to the skills. The sounds it gives out when manipulated are that of leather.
