Cordyr's Home is the home of the fisherman Cordyr and is located between Jopalin's Tavern and a warehouse in the district of South Baldur's Gate. The front door is locked with a DC of 30.
Cordyr can be found on the ground floor standing in the foyer and will immediately begin wandering the premises when you enter the house. The barrel in the kitchen contains 1 
and the shelf contains a Club.
On the second floor, a sleeping man and woman are present at night. All four of the beds have lootable nightstands next to them that are empty. The unlocked chest of drawers contains a Potion of Healing and the bookshelf contains a copy of the History of Shadowdale I.
