Christian of Waterdeep is a nobleman who's visiting Candlekeep during the Prologue of Baldur's Gate and has taken quarters on the second floor of the Candlekeep Inn.
Involvement[]
Besides talking impressively about himself if asked and then dismissing one rudely, there's not much to get from him.
“ | Not much happens here in Candlekeep, friend. I don't have any rumors for you on this day.[1] | ” |
— if charmed |
He may, however, witness any attempt here to open (and to take from) drawers and such and alarm the watchers. The locked(30) drawer in his room holds a Flamedance Ring and 86 – which still will be there in Chapter Six, when Christian has gone, and even with an easier lock.
Notes[]
- Killing him usually results in reputation loss.
