The Cat Food is given to Gorion's Ward by Barad Ding for his quest Barad Ding's eight cats, to help lure his cats into one's inventory. Given they have a 5% of escaping every two rounds, one bowl may not be enough. Barad will provide another if emptied, in order to herd his cats.
