Bullet +4 is an enchanted sling ammunition missile that appears in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.
This item is only available after the Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn campaign if playing the original game.

Gameplay[]
The user receives a -4 THAC0 bonus when firing this bullet at a target, and if it hits will inflict 1d4+5 points of Missile damage.
The bullet's enchantment level is high enough to exceed the protection limit of the Mantle spell.
