Bondari is a male halfling who got turned to stone while fighting sentinels, along with his companions Nanoc and Tim.
In Baldur's Gate II, you will find Bondari and his companions in stone in Abazigal's Lair. You can use a stone to flesh scroll on them to get the Scroll of Reversal needed to free Fll'Yissetat from Abazigal's control.
If not enlisted for said task, he and his ragtag band will await until told that it's safe to leave, at which point they'll reward player character with 3 gp and head back home.
