The Blood Wardstone is needed to progress to Yaga-Shura's Keep in Chapter 8. It can be found in the central container in the western room in Yaga-Shura's Lair. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.
