Installation of the Rogue Rebalancing Mod provides a number of new and or revised content to the Shadow Thief Guildhall and characters. The Black Market Thief gets a major revised inventory of goods for sale, as well as a special category of Rogue centric enchanted and magical items. Having a thief in your party can allow access to these special wares without having to pay an extra fee (using Thieves Cant). Careful trying to steal from this one, she has much increased difficulty to do so, and failure will turn her and the entire guild hostile.
