. It is later found sold by Jayes, the halfling fence of stolen goods - who's available and found only at nighttime for business in the eastern edge of Waukeen's Promenade.

Effects[]

This weapon is an unlimited-use dart that automatically sets the user's attacks per round to 3.[1]

On hit, the dart does an additional point of acid damage, and there's a 10% chance that the target will have their AC reduced by 1 for 1 turn. This penalty is cumulative with repeated hits and failed saving throws by the target.

Description

Biter

This dart gleams like a streak of light when flying through the air. When it hits its target, it releases a tiny acid droplet before soaring back to the hand that threw it. Sometimes the acid manages to burn a hole in the target's armor.
