The Big-Fisted Belt is a cursed Girdle of Hill Giant Strength. Like the uncursed variant, it sets the strength of the wearer to 19, but also their intelligence to 6 (meaning they can no longer use any wands or scrolls). Once equipped, it can only be removed again by a Remove Curse spell.
