In the area south of the town of Beregost known as South Beregost Road, there is a large cave with a few Hobgoblins lurking near the entrance. It's located to the southwest of the swamp with the Submerged House and small ponds.
Within it there are two non-aggressive rats and two bats and a lootable container that contains five Potions of Healing and 29 
.
Note: It is not possible to rest in this cave.
