Bel Dalemark is a human merchant who has his street side stall in Athkatla Bridge district. He mostly buys and sells arms and armor. Bel is quite knowledgeable about a number of things and doesn't mind giving information to his customers if they probe a bit deeper for extra facts.

Note: Contrary to 99% of the NPCs spoken to in the game, Bel is one of the few that will give a valuable clue, if asked, about the Cowled Wizards and their secret prison. This is good information for a player, who has not already gone through the saga.
