The Avernus Roof is accessible via the Avernus Elevator and leads to a final encounter with Caelar Argent, Belhifet and Hephernaan. After the fight, you will need to return to the entrance to use the Portal to Prime Material Plane.
The map contains various cages with sharpened edges so that prisoners, like Aun Argent, are kept tortured as well as imprisoned.
