Arrows +2 are flight arrows – ammunition for bows – in the whole Baldur's Gate series.
“ | These arrows were enhanced through magical means when they were created. They appear slightly straighter than the average arrow, almost alive as they effortlessly leave your bow and streak towards their target with deadly accuracy. | ” |

Statistics[]
Compared with a normal arrow, the magical +2 variant aids the bowman in hitting their target, increasing the chance by 2. Regarding the basic missile damage, however, in Baldur's Gate II these arrows are not different from regular ones, dealing 1 to 6 points of it; only in Baldur's Gate I the basic damage is increased to 3 to 8 points.
Like their counterpart arrows +1, this ammunition bears no enchantment in Baldur's Gate: The Original Saga (see bugs), but counts as being enchanted with level 2 in the other games.
As for other arrows, clerics and druids of all class combinations, as well as mages and sorcerers, aren't able to use them. While cavaliers and kensai also aren't allowed to fire a bow, they at least can help carrying some quivers of these – something, monks can only do in Baldur's Gate II.
They are sold for a basic price of 18 at the Sword Coast, but are worth only 10 in Amn and Tethyr.
